iPod mini 1G 改造 フラッシュメモリー増設

なぜか余っていた32GBのCFメモリーがあったので用途を考えていたところiPod mini　（１G)の存在を思い出し、メモリー増設を決意。

これはmini発売初日に銀座のアップルストアで購入したものなので、正真正銘の初期ロット。
既に、子供のおもちゃとなり、傷だらけのため、惜しげ無く挑戦することに。
はたして、うまく動くことやら。

まずは、天板をはずす。


これが、なかなか難しく失敗！　周囲がガジガジに。

次に、上部金属板を外します。（ビス2箇所を外します）



底部の化粧版も同様に

これもガジガジ！



底部のバネ板を外します。



コネクターを外します。
壊れやすいので左右少しずつ慎重に





これで、基盤ばフリーに




CFを交換。　基盤側のコネクターを先に外した方が、作業がし易いです。



後は逆に戻します。

PCにつないで、iTunesで初期化。
見事、30GB超のmniに！

転送なども早くなり快適です。
4GB→32GBに大幅増加し、現役復帰することができました。
（かなり見た目は悪くなりましたが）

mini １Gは、相性が悪いとの情報もありましたが、問題なく作動しています。
